Messy cookie love

A lovely little flat cookie you cannot resist, and so simple to do, try it.

1. Melt

• 225gram of butter

• 200 gram of dark chocolate

2. Mix

• 240gram sugar (3dl)

• 212gram flour (3.5dl)

• 132gram brown sugar (2dl)

• 20gram cacao (1/2dl)

• 1/2tbsp vanilia

• 1tsp instant coffee

• 1 pinch of salt

• 4 eggs

Mix 1 + 2 then let stand in fridge 30min.

Roll into bolls.

Put in the middle in oven, 175 degrees for 15 min.

Fix edges when cookies are warm.

Decorate with flake salt.
